In the context of the growing number of Ukrainians staying in Poland, both for personal and professional reasons, the issue of legalization of documents becomes extremely important. Apostille is a key tool that enables the recognition of Ukrainian documents in Poland and other countries signatory to the Hague Convention. An Apostille is an international certification of the authenticity of an official document that is recognized in countries signatory to the 1961 Hague Convention. Thanks to Apostille, documents do not require additional legalization in embassies or consulates of destination countries.

Filling out the Application Form

Receiving the Document
