ABOUT THE OFFICE

The Lutkiewicz Law Firm was established to meet the needs of people coming to Poland. The owner of the law firm - Joanna Lutkiewicz - worked for many years at the Civil Registry and Population Registry Office, where she came into contact with both foreigners and reemigrating Poles. She noticed a great demand for services that went beyond the scope of her official duties. The desire to help people confused by Polish regulations resulted in appropriate education, the establishment of the MASZ Prawo Association, operating mainly for foreigners, and the opening of the Lutkiewicz Law Firm. The experience gained in the office (2007–2023), in the association (since 2019), as well as the planned development path allowed me to acquire competences enabling me to take care of clients with various needs. The services provided by the Lutkiewicz Law Firm guarantee security and a peaceful life in Poland for private individuals. However, contractors entrusting work to foreigners do not have to worry about formal matters, because the high standard of services provided by the Lutkiewicz Law Firm and the lack of randomness in operation allow them to focus on the actual activities of the company.

OUR MISSION
The Lutkiewicz Law Firm provides clients with a sense of security through professional services in the field of legal stay and work in Poland.
OUR VISION
OFFICE TEAM
JOANNA LUTKIEWICZ
OWNER OF THE KANCELARIA LUTKIEWICZ
LAWYER

I migrated around Poland. In 2005, I came to Franopol, where I settled permanently. The anchor installed in front of the office is a symbol of finding your place. This symbol is an inspiration for the main idea of the Law Firm and is therefore included in the company's logo. The sense of security is the most important need of migrant people, regardless of whether they move by their own choice or as a result of external factors. Such people, traveling through an unknown country, with a different culture and a foreign language, are looking for a place where they can anchor themselves. It should guarantee security and stability both in family and professional life. Due to my personal experiences, these issues are close to me. The services I offer are tailored to the various needs of clients and enable them to make themselves at home in Poland.
